📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in processing vendor invoices and payments using QuickBooks and SAP
• Verify and reconcile accounts payable records
• Prepare and submit payment requests and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor transactions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Support the accounts payable team in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Assist in the organization and management of the accounts payable department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
