📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors in the telecommunications industry.
- Identify and pursue new distributor partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our distributors and their customers.
- Provide training and support to distributors to maximize their sales potential.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential distributors and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong distributor relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
