📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering lessons to students.
  • Provide feedback to students on their progress and performance.
  • Assist with the management of classroom activities and resources.
  • Support students with their learning needs and help them to achieve their academic goals.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Participate in the evaluation and review of teaching methods and materials.
  • Assist with the preparation and grading of student assessments.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of educational theories and best practices.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
