📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement commercial risk mitigation strategies to safeguard data center operations in Bali.
• Lead risk assessment and analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with regional and international teams to drive risk management initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate risk management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide risk management training and guidance to employees and stakeholders.
• Leverage tools such as SAP GRC Access Control, Risk Management, and Compliance to streamline risk management processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in commercial risk management.
• Report on risk management activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial risk management, with a focus on data center operations.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and ISO 31000.
• Certifications in risk management, such as CISM, CRISC, or CRA, are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate risks.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
