📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.,Manage and develop a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock control.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the restaurant's menu.,Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and inventory management software.,Proficient in using Indonesian and English for business communication.,A passion for the food and beverage industry.
