📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit customer locations to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records using Maybank's collection software.
- Engage with customers to resolve outstanding balances and improve their financial standing.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with the collection team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Stay updated with Maybank's policies and procedures related to debt collection.
- Report to the Collection Manager on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of Maybank's collection software is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving collection targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid ID and clean driving record.
