As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient and safe operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and servicing.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Handle vehicle repairs and replacements as needed, working closely with mechanics and vendors.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide support to the operations team as needed, including coordinating vehicle assignments and schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
