Mart Crown Berjaya is a leading retail company in Indonesia, seeking a talented Internal Auditor to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.,Identify and assess risks related to financial and operational activities.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.,Familiarity with internal control frameworks and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
