📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, to attract and retain our target audience.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics to measure the success of our campaigns.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry partners to expand our reach and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and growing engagement.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms, advertising, and analytics tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
