As a Learning Development specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop learning materials such as manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training to enhance employee performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning management system.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other learning management tools.,Understanding of Indonesian workplace culture and practices.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
