📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support fleet operations by managing vehicle maintenance schedules, tracking fuel consumption, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries, optimizing routes using GPS and fleet management software.
• Manage driver schedules, including shift assignments, breaks, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs using fleet management software.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including the coordination of vehicle movements and the management of cargo.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in fleet management and operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software, such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Experience with GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with airport logistics and operations is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
