📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure a competitive recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers to foster a strong talent pipeline.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track progress and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends is a plus.
