📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insightful reports to management.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
