As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and for ensuring that our food is prepared according to our high standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared according to our high standards, including freshness, portion size, and presentation.
  • Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared efficiently and on time.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of food inventory and usage.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

    Kualifikasi:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen.
  • Experience with a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with a variety of kitchen equipment and tools.
