📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the electronics industry,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
