📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures as ordered by the physician.,Assess and monitor patients' conditions, and implement appropriate interventions to maintain optimal health.,Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record.,Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and expected outcomes.,Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and quality improvement initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and hospital policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICU nursing, preferably in a critical care setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care nursing practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
