📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform and oversee laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians on proper laboratory procedures and safety protocols.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure the reliability of test results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in laboratory techniques (preferred).
