📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring that the content is engaging, informative, and relevant.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Assist in the development of training materials, including manuals, videos, and other resources.,Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans to address identified gaps.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on corporate training.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
