📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advisory services to clients on statutory valuation and property tax matters.,Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure accurate and compliant valuations.,Prepare and submit statutory valuation reports and property tax filings on behalf of clients.,Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian regulations and market trends to provide informed advice.,Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.,Ensure all advisory services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Real Estate, Finance, or Law.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in statutory valuation and property tax advisory.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property tax regulations and valuation standards.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in statutory valuation and property tax advisory.,Professional certification in statutory valuation and property tax advisory is a plus.
