📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible.,Coordinate with project teams to gather and compile necessary information for documentation.,Assist in the planning and execution of project activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.,Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.,Maintain records of project activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Support the site administrator in managing site logistics and ensuring the smooth operation of project sites.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in project documentation and coordination.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
