📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management, including stocking, ordering, and monitoring stock levels.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.,Monitor store sales and performance, providing regular reports to management.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
