📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement new initiatives and improve store performance.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels and product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
