📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives that align with Newport World Resorts' business objectives.,Identify, cultivate, and manage key partnerships with industry leaders, including hotels, resorts, casinos, and gaming operators.,Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they are beneficial and compliant with company policies.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering trust and collaboration.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our network and stay updated on market trends.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnership management, preferably in the luxury hospitality or gaming industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality and gaming markets.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM systems and partnership management tools is a plus.
