Hotel Elsa Coffee is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for coffee. This role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and our operations run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth flow of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with coffee industry standards and practices is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
