📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the specific needs of students with special needs.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, counselors, and other educators, to provide comprehensive support to students.
• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and techniques to support student learning and development.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in special education and inclusive teaching.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to students with special needs.
• Certification in Special Education (e.g., TEFL/TESOL with Special Needs focus).
• Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
