📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovation frameworks and policies aligned with national and global best practices.
• Lead the creation and execution of innovation strategies to drive regional economic growth.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and academic institutions to foster a culture of innovation.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify innovation opportunities and challenges.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to support the innovation ecosystem in Bangka Belitung.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of innovation initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Represent PT Inovasi Bangka Belitung at national and international innovation forums and conferences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in innovation governance and policy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation governance, policy development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of national and international innovation policies and frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading and managing innovation projects and initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in innovation management or a related field is a plus.
