📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans for mining operations, focusing on sustainability and efficiency.
• Oversee project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of mining engineers, geologists, and support staff to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new mining ventures.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including local communities and government agencies.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Report directly to the CEO on key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mining operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading mining projects from inception to completion.
• Certifications in environmental management, health and safety, or relevant mining standards.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, or Vulcan.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
