In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our high-speed printing presses, ensuring optimal production output and quality control. You will work closely with our design and prepress teams to ensure seamless execution of print jobs, from setup to final delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain Heidelberg and KBA offset printing machines to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
• Monitor and control print parameters such as ink levels, press speeds, and color registration to maintain consistency and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with the design and prepress teams to ensure accurate and efficient execution of print jobs.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for offset printing to continuously improve performance and output.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and solutions for improving production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Heidelberg and KBA offset printing machines.
• Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production targets.
• Strong knowledge of offset printing techniques, including prepress, pressroom, and postpress procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software, and pressroom management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification in offset printing or related field is a plus.
