📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits administration.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and surveys.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Participate in department rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
• Assist with data entry and reporting, using HR management software like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR management software such as BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
