📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement Agile methodologies to manage software development projects, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones using Jira and Confluence
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and risk management plans
• Track project progress and performance metrics using tools like Tableau and Power BI to identify areas for improvement
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment by conducting regular status meetings and preparing detailed project reports
• Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure optimal system performance and availability
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements for our project management processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience implementing them in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
