📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct taste tests and sensory evaluations to assess the flavor, texture, and overall quality of our products.
• Analyze and interpret sensory data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the product development team.
• Collaborate with the product development team to refine recipes and create new flavor profiles.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sensory evaluations and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Flavor Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flavor evaluation and sensory analysis.
• Proven expertise in conducting taste tests and sensory evaluations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sensory evaluation software such as FIZZ, Compass, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of food regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
